A New Journey

Life often gives us enough reasons to suppress our dreams, even the ones we are most passionate about. I have been nursing a desire to get into films, ever since I started recognizing my true self and my true desires. (I actually wanted to say ‘my talent’ but that can be argued upon).

While it may sound like it’s too far in the past, it’s not! For most of my life I was like a blind man looking into the mirror, hoping to see the truth. Quite recently I realized, may be due to mid-life crisis (I am told moments of crisis often give to greater self-revelations), the only thing I should have been doing is being in the films. Now, when I say that I don’t mean – I want to be a celebrated actor. I am not that blind. I mean – I want to be a Script Writer initially, till I muster enough courage to become a Filmmaker.

At this point, the Destination seems to be too far away. Frankly, it’s nowhere in sight! So meanwhile, I thought I will spend my time channeling my thoughts in this direction –i.e. Blogging!
